The app

Tailcard is a reporting tool for pet care professionals, published by NCOO DEV SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your reports, for what you photograph in your clients' homes, and for having their permission to share journals that mention their pets.

Free tier

The free tier includes one client with unlimited visits, full-quality report cards and stay summaries. It does not expire.

Tailcard Pro

Pro unlocks unlimited clients and the live stay journal. Two offers, both unlocking the same features:

Yearly subscription : $39.99 per year

The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or from Tailcard's Settings screen.

Lifetime purchase : $99.99 once

A one-time purchase, no renewal, valid for the lifetime of the product on your Apple account.

Prices are shown in US dollars; Apple converts them per country. The price displayed in the app at the moment of purchase is the one that applies.

Stay journals

Published journals are reachable by anyone who has the private link. Share the link only with the pet parent. Journals expire shortly after the stay ends and their data is then deleted. If a subscription lapses, existing journals stop updating.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Warranty and liability

Tailcard is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, NCOO DEV SOCIEDAD LIMITADA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including disputes between you and your clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
