Does it work without signal?

Yes. Visits, photos, activities and report cards all work offline. Sending the card and updating the journal need a connection; both catch up when you are back online.

My client says the journal link does not work

Journal links expire shortly after the stay ends. During the stay, entries appear after each visit ends, not live during it. And check the stay has "Share a live journal" switched on.

Where does the position on the card come from?

It is recorded once, at the moment you start the visit. Allow location access for Tailcard in iOS Settings if the card says "Not recorded".

How do I cancel the subscription?

iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Tailcard. Or from Tailcard's Settings, Manage subscription. The lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel.
